You must have a valid Environmental Agency Licence to be able to qualify for your renewal - please click here to find out to get one
There are currently two ways to renew your membership.

Fill in the form in BLOCK CAPITALS.
If you would like us to respond by mail please include a stamped address envelope with your form and send them too:
